Although we do resolve many cases before Hearings, they are the exception rather than the rule. Sometimes it is just a matter of understanding the system, then identifying and providing the proper evidence to the Social Security Administration. This is what we do. However, most people will have to go to a Hearing and therefore need to plan financially and emotionally for waits up to two and half years.
